Refund policy

All KNY pieces are carefully inspected and prepared before being shipped. Due to the nature of our pieces, all purchases are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details and sizing where applicable.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the piece. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.

KNY is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, wear, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

All sales are final.
